"For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God." 2 Corinthinans 2:11-12
Learning to trust God more and more and to give Him all my hopes and plans. How amazing that he puts His Spirit inside of us so that we can understand how much He loves us!

- Jesus has used my parents' counsel and His leading to call me to study midwifery during this season of my life. I began to search for a Bible-based school about two years ago and learned about Newlife International School of Midwifery. NISM is a Christian mission school . Students work at Mercy Maternity Center, a charity clinic that serves the squatter regions the city, while they live and study nearby. If the Lord wills, I will be in at NISM for 2-3 years earning a degree that will also be credible in the U.S. I don't yet know how God will use this training in the future, but I know that He will use the experience to draw me closer to Himself and to change my heart. Everything He has ever asked me to do has been preparation for something--sometimes something I foresaw, but usually something I knew nothing about until I looked back and saw His wisdom. So I trust in my Savior to use these years for His glory and to teach me more of Himself. Pray that I would not be weary in well doing, that Jesus would give me His strength, for I am weak, and that He would lead me in the way everlasting.
